Contribute to Mayor's First Day Festival Success
The Mayor's 1st Day Festival is an opportunity for local students to
get reared up about the upcoming school year. In addition to free
school supplies, the event provides free activities for students and
their parents. The event is a joint effort between the Nashville
Chamber of Commerce and the Metro Nashville Events Committee. The overall purpose of the event is to get the
Nashville community focused on education.
At the event, Felicity Tutors Volunteers handed out school supplies
to numerous children, including:
-Pencils
-Notebooks
-Folders
-Snacks
-Gift Cards for free email tutoring sessions
